The World’s Largest Fully Solar-Powered Boat Has Circumnavigated

This is “Planet Solar.” It’s the largest fully solar-powered boat in the world, and it is also the first fully solar-powered boat that completed a circumnavigation of the globe, and that was in just over two years.  It now has been crossing oceans at a faster pace after an engine retrofit. As it travels with nothing but the sun as a fuel source, it holds great promise to focus public awareness on the importance of renewable energies for environmental protection.
